We understand you may need to return all or part of your purchase, and we want to make the return process easy for you.

Which items can be returned? Unworn, unwashed and clean items with all tags attached can be returned for a full refund within 7 days or for a store credit within 10 days.
Which items cannot be returned? Items marked Final Sale, pre-orders, or items that are worn, washed, dirty, or ruined cannot be returned.
Do I need a reason to return my item(s)? Within the allotted time frame, a reason is not required for a return.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We process all returns within 10-14 business days. Reach out if that time passed and your purchase hasn’t been refunded.
How long after purchase can I return?

7 days for a full refund, 10 days for credit. This policy is strictly upheld. The first day is the day USPS records delivery.

How can I make a return?

In store purchases- refer to the store location page for information regarding our physical store locations.

Online purchases-  In store or through our return process to our designated return address.

How do I initiate a return?
  1. Enter your order details in the Easy Returns section below, including your order number and email address associated with your purchase to start the return process.
  2. Print out the label as directed, identify which items you are returning, and affix the label to your package.
  3. Ship your return with our designated label via USPS.
Can I send my return any other way? Returns that do not follow our easy return process will not be refunded.
Why was my return denied?

Blank ™ maintains the right to deny returns in any of the following situations: Unsatisfactory condition of an item,  returns sent to the wrong address, returns past the allotted time, items that are ineligible for return, or returns made without filing an official return using our designated  label and process.

How are refunds processed? The full amount minus the restocking fee of $7.99 per order placed will be refunded through your original method of payment. Shipping costs aren’t refundable. Allow 10-14  business days for returns to be processed.

 

Payment Policy and Additional Information

  • Our checkout process is securely encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. Your sensitive data, such as credit cards and contact info are securely held without any compromising factors. 
  • Store credits and gift cards never expire.
  • You may return up to 10 items per order. After 10 items the return fee is $15.99
  • We do not currently offer exchanges. You can process a return and repurchase the preferred item. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. You are responsible to file a lost/stolen package claim with USPS. Once you file the claim, please contact us.
  • Deliveries during holiday season may take longer than usual. Please wait a few days before filing a lost/stolen package claim.
  • You will be notified by email regarding unavailable items. We will ship the remainder of your order and issue a refund for the missing items.

EASY RETURNS

Please provide the following information to get started on your return. We will only process returns that follow our simple guidelines.

 

 

 

You MUST use our return label for a full refund and use our processing system.

(American dream is not our return address)

Returns Must be in USPS possession 7 days from delivery date for a full refund and 10 days from delivery date for a store credit.

Keep that in mind NO EXCEPTIONS!

(Day 1 starts the day USPS says its delivered, When Day 7 ends it needs to be scanned by USPS)

Online purchases can be returned or exchange in store within the 7 days for full refund and 10 days for store credit.

In store purchases can not be returned by mail they must be returned in store.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. (including coupon codes)

That includes no modifications or cancellations to your order, once placed no store credit or exchanges will be issued on that order. 

During sale time emails and dms will not be answered regarding any changes or cancellations

Product Returns Fees

  • If your dress does not look or feel perfect, don't worry! You have 7 days to decide if you'd like to return your unwashed and unstained merchandise for a refund and 10 days for a store credit.
  • In order to receive your full refund minus the $7.99 return fee you MUST FILE A RETURN,  And only use our label and check off what you are returning,
  • If it's not filed and sent back with our OWN label or checked off it's not considered returned and you will NOT be refunded.
  • Please allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed. 

    Here's How to Make a Return

    • We will only accept refunds for items that are returned in the condition they are received with ALL tags attached. These terms include: unworn, unmarked, unwashed, unscented, clean (no deodorant, perfume or makeup stains),no rips, pulls or tears.
    • BLANK maintains the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above criteria or is FINAL SALE. 
    • If we receive damaged items , items past returns or returns that are not filed you will not be contacted and your refund will not be processed!
    • There is a $7.99 fee for each order that is returned. Any return over $250 or 8 or more items will be charged all the shipping fees associated with your order (that includes the original cost of shipping out your order as well as the return label fee). Even if there is two orders in one box, each order placed is a 7.99 return fee.
    • We do not accept in person returns to our return address, only mail returns. 
    • As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order.
    • If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

    Exchanges

    • We do not currently offer exchanges. If you want a different size or color, send back your order for a refund, and make a new order. If you used a discount code and would like a different size or color, please email us at info@dressblank.com to honor the discount.

      Things to Note

      • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed via postal service.
      • If an item does come damaged we will gladly replace it. If you choose not to keep the item the shipping charge will not be refunded due to the cost involved.
      • ALL STORE CREDITS AND GIFT CARDS FROM STORE CREDITS EXPIRE ONE YEAR FROM AFTER RECEIVING YOUR CODE.
      • All discounted items over 20% are final sale orders that are missing an item will be refunded and orders will still be shipped out and are final sale.
      • If we unfortunately have a miscount in our stockroom and have to refund items. Your order will be shipped out with the remaining items and you will get a refund email. Sorry for any inconvenience.
      • Pre-Ordered items that are FINAL SALE and returned will be kept and NOT refunded.
      • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
      • Returned product(s) must be unwashed, unstained & in re-sellable condition with ALL tags attached.
      • We do not accept in person returns to our return address, only mail returns.
      • Returns post marked past 7 days will not be accepted.
      • Shipping Policy: Please allow ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days for delivery of all orders.
