If you return more than 9 items there will be a restocking fee of $15.99 - We do not currently offer exchanges. You may process a return and then repurchase the preferred item. - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. You are responsible to file a lost/stolen package claim with USPS. Once you file the claim, please contact us. - Deliveries during holiday season may take longer than usual. Please wait a few days before filing a lost/stolen package claim. - You will be notified by email regarding unavailable items. We will ship the remainder of your order and issue a refund for the missing items.
