RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We hope you’re completely satisfied with your Blank purchase, and as excited with your clothes as we are. However, if for any reason you need to make a return or exchange, we’d love to help you do so. We can take back any item as long as it meets our RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY guides. Please read further for the details:

FOR EXCHANGES:

1) Return the item, (according to the return policy) then reorder the correct size. Unfortunately we do not offer online exchanges.

2) Exchanges can be made in store, within 10 days of purchase.

 

FOR RETURNS:

In order for an item to be returnable, (minus the $7.99 fee) it needs to be:

1)Unworn

2) Unwashed

3) Clean

4) Have all tags attached

5) Not be marked final sale, pre-order, or discounted

 If your item meets the above terms, it  can be returned if scanned within 7 days of the delivery date, for a refund, or scanned within 10 days of the delivery date, for a store credit.

The following items are not returnable:

 An item that is:

 1) An item that was shipped internationally.

2) Washed

3) Dirty

4) Ruined

5) Missing tags

6) Marked as final sale, pre-order or discounted

7) All merchandise accessories. Such as beanies, caps and socks.

8) If scanned after 7 days from delivery date, (or 10 days from the delivery date for store credit.)

 

Important note: Please check your items carefully before returning, if we receive it damaged or with stains etc., we will need to assume it was sent by you that way. If you receive an item that is damaged, please take pictures and contact us right away.

TO START A RETURN:

For Online purchases that are returned to our warehouse by mail please do the following:

 

1. Enter your order details in the Easy Returns section below, including your order number and email address associated with your purchase to start the return process.

Enter a reason;

2. Print out the label as directed, identify which items you are returning, and affix the label to your package.

3. Press submit

4. Ship your return with our designated label via USPS.

 

You’ll know your return is complete when you receive an email with the label. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check the spam folder.

IN STORE RETURNS:

For Online purchases that are returned to one of our stores:

1) The $7.99 fee will not be charged

2) Item/s must be returned within 10 days.

3) Item/s will receive a store credit only (no refund).

For In store purchases (Not including pop-ups) that are returned to the store:

1) Please refer to the store location page for information regarding our physical store locations.

2) Items must be back within 7 days for refund, and 10 days for store credit.

3) In store purchases can not be returned by mail.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Refund/credit timing:

We process all returns within 10-14 business days. If that time has passed, and you did not yet receive a refund, please reach out to us.

 Refunds are processed as follows: The full amount minus a return fee of $7.99 per order placed will be refunded through your original method of payment. Combining 2 returns? No problem. A total fee of $9.99 will apply. All returns of 10 items or more will be subject to a $15.99 fee.  Shipping costs are not refundable. Please allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed.

 Returns that do not follow our easy return process will not be refunded.

 Blank ™ maintains the right to deny returns in any of the following situations:

Unsatisfactory condition of an item, returns sent to the wrong address, returns past the allotted time, items that are ineligible
for return, items without its tags attached, or returns made without filing for an official return using our designated label and process.

PAYMENT POLICY AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Our checkout process is securely encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. Your sensitive data such as credit cards and contact info are securely held without any compromising factors. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. You are responsible to file a lost/stolen package claim with USPS/UPS. Once you file the claim, please contact us.

Deliveries during holiday season may take longer than usual. Please wait a few days before filing a lost/stolen package claim.

You will be notified by email regarding unavailable items. We will ship the remainder of your order and issue a refund for the missing item.
