We understand your frustration and we realize that 7 days can fly by without noticing. As much as we would like to make exceptions, we need to maintain a strict 7-day return policy in order to keep our prices low. We do not make exceptions and appreciate your understanding.

If a style is stained or torn before tags are removed, email us at info@dressblank.com and we will happily address the issue. Once tags are removed, we are unable to assist you. We highly recommend taking a look at the wash instructions to prevent damages. 

We allow online orders to be returned in-store for exchange or store credit, but we do not allow in-store returns online. If you purchased an item at our physical location, it must be returned at any of our physical locations.

Please allow a standard 10-14 business days for your refund to be issued. We will email you once the return has been processed.

We are so sorry to hear that! We review all merchandise before shipment, but mistakes and mishandling can occur during delivery. Please contact info@dressblank.com with your order number and photos of the merchandise immediately. We will gladly assist you.

In-store purchases can be returned 7 days from purchase, or exchanged 10 days from purchase. Purchases made in-store must be returned to our physical location.

Email us at info@dressblank.com as soon as possible. If your items were not yet fulfillled, we will cancel your order and you can place a new order.
