We understand your frustration and we realize that 7 days can fly by without noticing. As much as we would like to make exceptions, we need to maintain a strict 7-day return policy in order to keep our prices low. We do not make exceptions and appreciate your understanding.
If a style is stained or torn before tags are removed, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily address the issue. Once tags are removed, we are unable to assist you. We highly recommend taking a look at the wash instructions to prevent damages.
We allow online orders to be returned in-store, but we do not allow in-store returns online. If you purchased an item at our physical location, it must be returned at the physical location.
Please allow a standard 10-14 business days for your refund to be issued. We will email you once the return has been processed.

In-store purchases can be returned 10 days from purchase, or exchanged 14 days from purchase. Purchases made in-store must be returned to our physical location.
