If a style is stained or torn before tags are removed, email us at info@dressblank.com and we will happily address the issue. Once tags are removed, we are unable to assist you. We highly recommend taking a look at the wash instructions to prevent damages.
We allow online orders to be returned in-store for exchange or store credit, but we do not allow in-store returns online. If you purchased an item at our physical location, it must be returned at any of our physical locations.
Please allow a standard 10-14 business days for your refund to be issued. We will email you once the return has been processed.
